The Position
- Liaising with sales team, Legal team and outside counsel, as appropriate, to address general inquires.
- Coordinating with consultants/vendors concerning transaction due diligence materials, including to obtain quotes, set up vendor payments and manage ongoing project timelines.
- Assisting in servicing of lease assets.
- Supporting general legal administration, including, but not limited to, setting up transactions in company systems, maintaining transaction and asset files, coordinating signing, managing external diligence and office vendors.
- Supporting lease administration.
- Attending to office administration, including but not limited to, ordering stock, invoicing and filing.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within an administration role
- Oracle Financials, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Microsoft Excel experience strongly preferred.
- Experience reviewing legal contracts preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
