A well-regarded Accounting Firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join their team at either a Full-Time or Part-Time capacity. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming enquiries and tasks within the administration team
- Maintain client records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Assist with invoicing, follow-ups, and documentation for lodgement
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Provide backup reception support, greeting clients and managing calls professionally
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team
- Ideally 4 years’ experience in a public practice accounting firm
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- ATO or ASIC experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with MYOB AE highly regarded
