About the Role:

A well-regarded Accounting Firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join their team at either a Full-Time or Part-Time capacity. This role offers exposure to specialist client work and the chance to develop a broader skill set in a supportive, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming enquiries and tasks within the administration team
  • Maintain client records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with invoicing, follow-ups, and documentation for lodgement
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Provide backup reception support, greeting clients and managing calls professionally
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team
Skills & Experience:
  • Ideally 4 years’ experience in a public practice accounting firm
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • ATO or ASIC experience 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience with MYOB AE highly regarded
