A well-regarded accounting firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis (20–25 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming enquiries and administrative tasks within the team
- Maintain accurate client records and databases, ensuring compliance standards are met
- Assist with invoicing, follow-ups, and lodgement documentation
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars
- Provide backup reception support, including greeting clients and handling calls professionally
- Assist with general ad-hoc administrative duties as required
- Ideally 4+ years’ experience in a public practice accounting firm
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Experience with ATO and/or ASIC processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong ownership of work
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Trusted to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with MYOB AE highly regarded
