About the Role:

Provide administrative support across a range of functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and assisting with the coordination of internal processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to a busy team
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal databases and systems
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and reporting
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and team schedules as required
  • Support internal stakeholders with administrative requests
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in an Administration Assistant, Reception, Customer Service, or Office Support role
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient across Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support a variety of functions
