About the Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the external sales team across administration, customer communication, quotations, order processing, and coordination activities.
Your ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and build strong relationships internally and externally will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to a well established team
- Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and customer correspondence
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate CRM records
- Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and enquiries
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Assist with reporting, sales tracking, and pipeline updates
- Support tender submissions and project administration where required
- Ensure high levels of customer service and responsiveness
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Internal Sales, or Customer Support role
- Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, construction, heavy equipment, or trade-related environments
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems
- A proactive and team-focused attitude
