About the role 
Reporting into the National Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Logistics and Supply Chain teams and play a pivotal support role by being responsible for all administrative and data entry tasks. This role works with a number of key internal and external stakeholders, so it is vital that the successful candidate has strong communication skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a number of tasks simultaneously. Similarly this role requires someone who is experienced in reporting across a number of platforms and has advanced excel skills. Responsibilities
  
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include;
  • Processing invoicing and raising purchase orders
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases as well as extensive work in excel
  • Handling inventory
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders including vendors, freight forwarders and 3PL
  • Answering and responding to all incoming calls and emails
  • Running and formatting reports and presentations for management
  • Extensive administrative support to the wider team
  • Ad hoc duties as required
  
Skills / Experience
  
  • Experience within an administration support / data entry role ideally in Retail, Manufacturing or FMCG
  • Computer literate at intermediate/advanced level including (MS office suite & internet)
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Proactive, flexible approach to completion of work
  • The ability to provide effective and appropriate information to a variety of people
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
