About the role

Working as part of a small Customer Service team, you will work closely with the businesses key clients and predominantly be responsible for processing orders, claims and warranties as well as processing invoices. This is a very busy role that requires someone who is used to working in a fast paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same! This role requires someone with a flexible and positive approach to work, with a 'team-player' mind set and the will to get the job done. You must be immediately available to interview as well as start.

Responsibilities

Working to support the Customer Service team with all administration, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Answering and responding to all incoming calls and queries
  • Processing warranties and claims
  • Processing orders and producing invoices
  • Improving and streamlining processes where possible
  • All other ad hoc duties as required
Skills / Experience

You will be a focused and detail-oriented Administrator who has gained relevant experience in a corporate setting. Necessary skills and experience include;
  • 3+ years experience working in a similar Administration role
  • Familiarity with processing orders, claims and warranties is highly advantageous
  • Technically proficient across Microsoft Office, Internet and general computer software
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work with the attitude that no task is too big or too small
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
