About the role 
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Administration Assistant to join their highly driven and supportive team environment on a temporary part time basis. The ideal individual will be customer-focused, and will have exceptional planning, organisational, and multi-tasking skills. You will be well presented, articulate in your communication, show sound judgement and discretion, and be used to a dynamic environment. This role will allow you to be creative and assist with multiple Marketing projects. 

Part time Temporary Opportunity - 5 Days Per week - WFH flexibility

Responsibilities

In this office all-rounder role, you will liaise with all internal and external stakeholders, and provide quality administrative support to the team. You will provide focused support to the marketing team, assisting with social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
  • Establish relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide extensive support to the marketing department
  • Manage social media accounts and responding to requests 
  • Organise workplace events and functions 
  • System, policy and procedural improvements
  • Managing all incoming calls, mail and inquiries
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain company HR documents and standards
  • Other ad hoc administration as per directed 
Skills & Experience 
  • Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Overall great team player
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
  • Excellent time management skills
