Our client is a multinational business that is highly successful and continues to grow. The company, based in Western Sydney, is seeking an experienced administrator who can join the company immediately.
Responsibilities
Working as part of an inclusive and supportive office, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Raising purchase orders in the SAP software system
- Maintaining asset and training registers where applicable
- Completing site cost / timesheet reports from SAP
- Booking travel/accomodation
- Checking compliance of supplier invoices against agreed supplier pricing document/contract prior to processing
- Assisting with event coordination facilitation
- Providing other administrative support to the site
- Technically proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous office administration experience
- Ability to prioritise
- Strong communication skills -both written and verbal
- Overall great team player
- SAP system experience highly desirable
