Working within a collaborative finance team, you’ll take ownership of finance operations across multiple entities, with a strong focus on optimising processes, improving visibility, and supporting the business as it continues to scale.
As the AP & AR Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Head of Finance to lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury functions, ensuring strong financial controls, efficient processes, and effective cashflow management.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, and confident challenging existing processes to drive improvement and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and credit control functions
- Oversee high-volume invoice processing, payment runs, and supplier management
- Manage aged debtors, collections, and customer account queries
- Take ownership of daily cashflow management and short-term forecasting
- Maintain and improve financial controls, policies, and compliance standards
- Drive process improvements and automation across AP/AR and treasury
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and resolve issues
- Support system enhancements and finance transformation initiatives
- 5+ years’ experience across AP, AR, or finance operations in a high-volume environment
- Previous experience leading & mentoring a team
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset
