Reporting to the Applications manager the Application Service Desk Analyst will be the first point of contact for Level 1 and Level 2 requests. Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the ICT team in documents, systems and processes as well as all users. They

You will be responsible for:
  • Act as the first point of response for all application issues from staff
  • Logs calls, emails, service request and incidents in the ServiceDesk tool
  • Co-ordinate external vendors to fix issues
  • Support the ICT Team for all ICT applications
  • Ongoing development and maintenance of system documents
  • Performing maintenance and software updates on both core server applications and client computers as required.
  • Create or delete application users as requested.
  • Working the vendor to ensure the system is optimised and servicing the business correctly
