You will be responsible for:
- Act as the first point of response for all application issues from staff
- Logs calls, emails, service request and incidents in the ServiceDesk tool
- Co-ordinate external vendors to fix issues
- Support the ICT Team for all ICT applications
- Ongoing development and maintenance of system documents
- Performing maintenance and software updates on both core server applications and client computers as required.
- Create or delete application users as requested.
- Working the vendor to ensure the system is optimised and servicing the business correctly
