About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing initiatives across the B2B Customer lifecycle. The focus of this activity will be driving expansion and engagement with across various channels including via traditional and digital (email and online) channels.
  
The ideal candidate for this exciting and important position will have a strong understanding of marketing execution processes, and a consistent customer-first mindset. They will be comfortable working in a team and communicating across multiple internal and agency stakeholders. Initiative and drive will be required to consistently meet tight deadlines and balance competing priorities, and professional curiosity and desire to positively contribute to the ongoing evolution of the team’s activities will be highly valued.


Key responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager to develop and execute end-to-end campaigns across multi-channels
  • Manage agency relations to ensure smooth sailing between campaign brief and execution
  • Marketing Execution Processes: Agency briefing, data selection, timeline management, feedback coordination, approval processes, asset deployment, budget management
  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Socialising and briefing of marketing plans and new initiatives to Account Development teams, servicing, product and marketing teams
  • Campaign tracking and development: Collating, interpreting and presenting results, soliciting and incorporating feedback, and identifying and implementing opportunities for improved effectiveness of activity.

What you need to be successful

  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing campaign management position
  • A customer-first marketer: highly attuned to the customer experience in the development of marketing activity, creatively and analytically seeking new ways to exceed expectations
  • An organised and detail-oriented marketing campaign manager, with the skill and resilience to be able to keep projects on track
  • A confident communicator who is comfortable and active in promoting the team’s priorities and achievements with internal and agency stakeholders
  • A positive, energetic and inquisitive team member who is keen to contribute to a strong, fun and supportive team culture, and to the ongoing evolution of its activities.
