This role will suit someone with strong AV systems knowledge who enjoys working across technical analysis, solution design, vendor engagement and operational transition activities in a highly visible enterprise environment.
Working within a major technology renewal initiative, you will collaborate with technical teams, suppliers and operational stakeholders to help deliver reliable, future-focused AV solutions across a statewide environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical documentation and specifications for AV projects and asset replacement initiatives
- Review supplier proposals, technical designs, bills of materials and courtroom layouts
- Provide subject matter expertise across installed AV systems and operational support activities
- Support testing and transition activities for newly deployed AV solutions
- Research emerging AV technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors and support teams across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Assist with solution investigations, technical analysis and design recommendations
You will bring a strong blend of technical AV capability, stakeholder engagement skills and practical delivery experience within enterprise or complex operational environments.
You will ideally have experience across:
- Audio visual systems, conferencing technologies and integrated AV environments
- Technical documentation, system analysis or engineering design
- Vendor and supplier engagement
- Reviewing technical specifications and solution proposals
- Supporting deployments, testing and operational transition activities
- Working within large-scale enterprise or government environments
