- Educating the customer about the solutions and either offering these solutions or placing customers on product trials
- Be the expert and trusted advisor when it comes to understanding all the suite of products available and making informed recommendations to customers on how to bring about additional value to their product offering.
- Understand and successfully manage objection handling with view to share learnings with team/business.
- Link in with other departments in the business to champion new products and ensure business units are also across the various product offerings.
- Revisit customer portfolio with a view to upsell or add products at later stage.
- 3+ years B2B sales experience working with a complex product offering or specifically suite of solutions
- Experience selling energy efficiency products such as Solar and PFC.
- Excellent influencing skills
- Complex stakeholder management skills at both operational and senior levels
