Duties
- Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across New South Wales within targeted industry sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers including builders, developers, architects, project managers and end‑clients.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and solution design through to pricing, negotiation and contract close.
- Work closely with internal estimating, design, project management and production teams to deliver compliant, high‑quality signage solutions.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements, project specifications and technical signage applications.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and activity planning.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming project opportunities to inform sales strategy.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking sessions and client meetings as required.
- Travel regularly throughout NSW, with occasional travel to Victoria for internal meetings, collaboration, and strategic client activity.
- Proven success in B2B business development or sales, ideally within signage, construction, building products, fit‑out, or project‑based services.
- Demonstrated experience winning new business and managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to price, negotiate and close profitable deals.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong time management, planning and CRM discipline.
- Ability to work autonomously in a field‑based role while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Confidence navigating technical specifications, drawings and project requirements.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel interstate on an occasional basis.
