BDM will be primarily responsible for new business development, in-contract growth, customer retention and customer satisfaction within Hutly. The role involves the sale of Hutly products (VicForms and Property Data subscriptions) to property and real estate industry participants, including but not limited to real estate agencies, valuation firms, government and enterprise, advisory, banks and mortgage brokers.
The primary focus will be to develop, drive, and help close business by:
- Iterative ownership and execution of the go to market plan
- Working with the customer success staff at Hutly and our partners to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Driving conversion of existing partner members to the Hutly products and services
- Driving greater adoption overall of Hutly products and services
Sales Responsibilities
- Take the lead sales role to execute subscription and membership growth with existing customers
- Substantial proactive outreach to customer base, including by email, phone and in-person meetings
- Provide subject matter expertise to product and development team
- Assist marketing to create regional sales collaterals as needed
