The Role
You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions, supporting data-driven decision making across the organisation.
You will work closely with stakeholders to develop dashboards, automate reporting processes, and ensure the accuracy and accessibility of business data.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and develop Power BI reports and dashboards
- Transform and model data to deliver clear, actionable insight
- Design intuitive, user-friendly dashboards with interactive feature
- Optimise report performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Extract and manage data using SQL and other sources (e.g. APIs, Excel)
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide user support and training
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to improve data processes and reporting
About You
- Relevant degree in Information Technology, Business, Commerce, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in Power BI development and dashboard design
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts, including SSIS and SSAS
- Experience working with multiple data sources (e.g. SQL, APIs, Excel, Dynamics)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Power BI certification
- Experience with Python, R, or other analytics tools
- Exposure to Power Automate workflows
- Experience within logistics, supply chain, or transport systems (TMS)
- Basic Level 1 IT/desktop support experience
