Position Description
Supporting the accounts team, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Take full ownership of your role
- Setting up billing within the Project Management Software
- Reviewing and cross-checking of invoices to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Fortnightly-billing of high value, but low volume invoices
- Account reconciliations
- Handling both internal and external queries
- Supporting the wider accounts team
- Adhoc admin duties
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar administration position along with the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Strong attention to detail and positive working approach
- Ability to multi-task
- Prior experience using WorkflowMax would be extremely beneficial, but not essential
