Position Description

Supporting the accounts team, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
  • Take full ownership of your role
  • Setting up billing within the Project Management Software
  • Reviewing and cross-checking of invoices to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Fortnightly-billing of high value, but low volume invoices
  • Account reconciliations
  • Handling both internal and external queries
  • Supporting the wider accounts team
  • Adhoc admin duties
Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will have experience in a similar administration position along with the following skills and attributes:
  • Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and positive working approach
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Prior experience using WorkflowMax would be extremely beneficial, but not essential
