With team fit and culture a priority, this business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Bookkeeper to join their team based on St Kilda Rd. With work from home flexibility, this role is open to both full time and part-time options.
The responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
- Invoicing to customers
- Produce reporting to clients as required
- Prepare fortnightly payroll
- Coordinate payment runs on a weekly basis
- Manage the end to end function of Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Daily bank reconciliations and banking
- A wealth of experience in a similar role using Xero
- Effective time management & organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
