The Organisation
Our client is a market leader within their given field that have experienced a lot of growth and only continue to grow. As a result of such growth, our client is seeking a highly motivated bookkeeper based in the south east suburb of Mentone. 

The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however will not be limited to:

• Dealing with international payments and currency
• Reporting 
• Invoice processing 
• Supplier queries and concerns
• Reconciliations
• Processing low level payroll on a weekly basis end to end
• Issuing and generating invoices
• Credit applications 
• Allocate and receipt payments
• Daily banking
• Debt collections

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes, however not exclusive to:

• Has worked in previous roles as a bookkeeper
• Has experience within Accounts Payable, Receivables and Payroll
• Has experience dealing with foreign currency in previous roles
• Ability to work within a team environment 
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
