The role
This is a hybrid position sitting across operations, people management, scheduling and service delivery. You'll be the glue that holds the team together — managing a mix of field technicians and office staff, keeping service standards high, and driving the business forward.
Day to day you'll be across:
- Leading and developing a team of technicians and office staff
- Overseeing scheduling and daily operations
- Maintaining high standards of service delivery
- Supporting sales activity and client relationships
- Bringing together a team through a period of change
You've led teams before in a service-based environment and you know what good operations look like. You're equally comfortable in the office and out on the floor, and you don't shy away from difficult conversations.
You'll bring:
- Proven people management experience
- A background in field services, trades, waste, or similar operational environment
- Strong scheduling and organisational skills
- The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
- A steady hand with a team going through transition
- Competitive salary of $85,000–$95,000 + super
