About the role:
The purpose of this role is to analyse current business process in relation to supply chain and relevant master management, and to design and implement future business process. Partnering with SMEs, business teams, master data analysts, you will be responsible for designing efficient business process to improve master data quality and optimise stock level management.
Position outcomes:
- Current master data management process – to represent current business process for stock level management and relevant master data management with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
- Effective partnership – Effective partnership have been developed and maintained with SMEs, relevant business teams, to identify issues and opportunities to improve the business process
- Root cause analysis has conducted in collaboration with business teams, data stewards, and data management leads
- Creative thinking and future business process – has provided creative ideas about future business processes to improve master data quality continuously in collaboration with business data stewards, business process modeler and data management leads. Has provided future business process of master data management with BPMN for stock level management optimisation
- Extensive experience of business process modelling with BPMN
- Experience of Retail industry, particularly Supply Chain
- Experience and knowledge of Master Data Management and Data Quality Management is highly desirable
- Good understanding of relational data
- Strong problem solver and creative thinker in business process
