Role & Responsibilities:
The Business Process Analyst is responsible for performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes plus workflows and identifying areas of improvement. This is a senior role and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
This role requires a proven track record in completing business analysis efficiently and promptly, strong people management and communication skills. Expected duties are as follows:
- Document current and future business workflows - As-Is and To-Be.
- Assess business workflow to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Gather business requirements and perform requirements analysis.
- Document and communicate the results of the analysis.
- Ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements by planning and running workshops and testing.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
