Sharp & Carter is currently partnering with a leading Australian Retailer in their search for an immediately available Campaign Manager or Marketing Manager. This role will report to the CMO and be responsible for developing, implementing, and analysing brand marketing strategies and campaigns.

Role Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, sales, volume and profitability
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external functions across Product, Retail, Digital, Merchandise and other functions to ensure successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Work, manage and develop relationships with key agency partners.
  • Manage and execute day to day operational tasks for each campaign.
  • Internal store communications - Provide clear engaging communication to stores on all marketing activity in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage the POS material distribution to all stores in a timely manner in advance to the commencement of each campaign or marketing activity supported by clear and simple POS campaign guides
  • Manage all production of assets required for both online and offline media channels
Key Skills Required:
  • Previous experience working in a Campaign focused role, most favourably in a fast retail environment.
  • Experience in developing and managing a multi-channel media strategy and asset production in line with allocated budgets
  • Experience in implementing a structured workflow process across various marketing business units
  • Project management & leadership experience in a fast paced, multifunctional environment
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize and deliver high impact initiatives;
  • Excellent communication skills and a wiliness to engage effectively across the business;
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team.
