Our client is a leading global brand that is continuing their talent centered employee experience across talent acquisition and onboarding.
They are seeking a proactive and organised Candidate Care Specialist to proactively provide talent identification and onboarding support to the HR team.

This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of employee onboarding, while also assisting in various human resources administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and exhibit strong attention to detail.

Candidate Care
  • Responsible for supporting our TA team in creating positive Candidate Experience during the recruitment process.
  • Ownership of all scheduling and communication for interviews between hiring community and Talent across the region.
  • Working on related projects in Candidate Care in region for service delivery and continuous process improvement.
Talent Acquisition
  • Handling contract administration, payments and HRIS set up with external recruitment firms.
  • Owning the background and reference check process.
  • Supporting Recruiters with job postings and CV screening when needed.
  • Assisting with the launch and execution of Recruitment marketing campaigns when needed.
  • Assist with planning and execution of physical/virtual hiring events (i.e. campus recruitment).
  • May work with recruiters throughout the candidate lifecycle, up to and including: interview training and techniques, participating in career fairs, recruiting opportunities for growth roles and participating in strategy sessions with recruiters and hiring managers.
What you will bring to the role
  • Proven experience in an candidate care or HR Administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
