About the Opportunity
An established business advisory is seeking a capable Client Services & Office Administrator to join their support team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, while delivering a high standard of service to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
Operations & Office Support
- Oversee general office coordination, including correspondence handling, call management, filing, and archiving
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of office supplies and ensure a consistently organised workspace
- Assist with monitoring staff time entries and support timely processing of job billing
- Provide administrative support across a variety of tasks and keep stakeholders informed of progress
- Monitor the movement of jobs within the practice, including lodgements and assessments
- Respond to client queries and provide administrative support across accounting, tax, and company-related matters
- Prepare and organise documentation for external processing systems and assist in managing submissions
- Identify and support efficiencies across office administration, compliance processes, and client service delivery
- Document workflows and procedures using internal systems to support consistency and continuous improvement
You will be a proactive and organised administrator who enjoys being the go-to person in the office. You take pride in your work, communicate confidently, and are comfortable managing a variety of tasks.
Ideally, you will bring:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a reception or administrative support role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A high level of organisation and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- A professional, approachable manner and strong client service focus
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Previous experience within a professional services environment (advantageous)
