An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Analyst to join a highly regarded organisation on an 8-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, analysing business performance and delivering insights that influence key decisions.
With an immediate start available, you'll join a collaborative finance team where you'll work closely with operational leaders to provide meaningful financial analysis, reporting and strategic support.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide commercial and financial analysis.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and monthly management reporting.
- Analyse financial performance, identify trends and provide recommendations.
- Support month-end reporting and variance analysis.
- Develop financial models to assist with business planning and decision-making.
- Monitor costs, revenue and profitability across business units.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and reporting efficiencies.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance and operations.
- Previous experience as a Commercial Analyst, Finance Analyst or FP&A Analyst.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial information.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience using ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- CA/CPA qualified (or working towards) will be highly regarded.

- Circa $115,000 - $120,000 + Super.
