About the Company:

As a Commercial Business Partner, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across product, operations, and technology to drive business-critical projects. You’ll be responsible for translating business needs into actionable insights, improving processes, and supporting the delivery of scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements
• Lead end-to-end business analysis across multiple projects and initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
• Support product and technology teams in delivering customer-centric solutions
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making forums
• Translate complex data into clear insights to inform business strategy

The successful applicant will have 

• Proven experience as a Analyst in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience working across operations, product, or technology-driven businesses
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes in a scaling organisation
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies is highly regarded
