As the Commercial Finance Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of national business units. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll provide commercial insights and analysis to support key decision-making, improve efficiencies, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
- Building and creating 3 way financial models.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate and business partner with operational teams to drive profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyse business performance to inform pricing and promotional strategies.
- Support month-end reporting and ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Provide insights into market trends and their potential financial impact.
- Collaborate across other business units
- Work closely with Head of Strategy, CFO & FC.
- CA/CPA qualified or similar is essential
- Strong understanding of Financial Statements.
- 5 + years of experience in a Finance Analyst capacity.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Power Bi
- Proven experience, building and maintaining financial models.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to stakeholders.
