Reporting into senior finance leadership, you’ll sit at the centre of planning, reporting and commercial decision-making. You’ll partner closely with operational teams to translate data into clear insights that support faster, smarter decisions. This is a great role to drive process improvements through the business with Power BI and other tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations and Fleet teams to understand key performance drivers
- Analyse cost drivers (fleet mix, claims, operational costs) to identify profitability opportunities
- Build business cases and track delivery of benefits
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting, dashboards and performance insights
- Own budgeting and forecasting models, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Model commission structures (IRPD) and recommend improvements
- Review commercial documents (leases, RFPs, tenders) and assess financial impacts
- Present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders across the business
- Build and automate reporting tools using Excel and BI platforms
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial finance, FP&A or similar
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel (including Power Query)
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, NetSuite)
