Our client is a fast-growing, multi-brand consumer business operating within the FMCG/retail sector. With a strong footprint and continued expansion, they are investing in their commercial finance capability to better support performance and strategic decision-making across their brand portfolio.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this is a high-impact Commercial Finance Manager role partnering closely with senior stakeholders, including Brand CEOs. You will play a key role in driving profitability, delivering insights, and supporting strategic initiatives across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Brand CEOs and commercial leaders to drive financial performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling processes
- Provide insights and analysis on revenue, margins, and cost drivers
- Build and maintain robust financial models
- Support strategic planning and business decision-making
- Analyse performance across multiple brands and business units
- Proven experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering roles
- Background in retail, FMCG, or other multi-site environments highly regarded
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
