Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the finance function, partner with key stakeholders across the business, and play a critical role in driving commercial performance, strategic decision-making and continued growth.
This is a genuine leadership position offering broad exposure across commercial finance, financial control, business partnering and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Deliver insightful management reporting and performance analysis
- Partner with sales and operational leaders to drive profitability
- Support pricing, margin improvement and commercial decision-making
- Oversee financial control, compliance and month-end reporting
- Manage cash flow, working capital and financial governance
- Lead and develop a small finance team
- Drive reporting enhancements, process improvement and automation initiatives
- Support strategic growth projects and business transformation activities
You are a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys operating in a fast-moving environment and influencing business outcomes.
You Will Bring:
- CA/CPA qualification
- Experience within FMCG, consumer goods or a related industry
- Strong commercial finance and FP&A expertise
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills
- Proven stakeholder management and business partnering capability
- Experience leading or mentoring finance team members
- Exposure to ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI
- A proactive, hands-on leadership style
- Genuine finance leadership role with significant autonomy
