This is not a back-office reporting role. It’s a true leadership position sitting at the heart of the business — partnering with Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Quality and Logistics to improve margin, optimise cash, unlock productivity and support major investment decisions.
You’ll be the financial co-pilot to the supply chain and finance leadership team, bringing insight, challenge and commercial thinking to every key decision. From costing and inventory through to capex and long-range planning, you’ll have a direct impact on business performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with operational leaders to drive end-to-end supply chain performance
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning across manufacturing and operations
- Owning product costing, inventory analysis, working capital and productivity reporting
- Evaluating capital projects, investment cases and post-implementation returns
- Driving smarter systems, reporting automation and process improvement
- Leading and developing a small high-performing finance team
- Proven experience in commercial finance / business partnering within FMCG, manufacturing or a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of costing, inventory, logistics and operational KPIs
- Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent modelling, planning and analytical capability
- Experience with ERP / BI tools and strong Excel skills
- CA / CPA qualified (or close to completion) preferred
