What you'll be doing

• Partner with manufacturing, sales and service leaders to improve commercial outcomes
• Analyse business performance, identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
• Own pricing analysis, margin improvement initiatives and profitability modelling
• Build financial models to support tenders, capital investments and strategic projects
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting and meaningful commercial reporting
• Analyse product costs, operational performance and key business drivers
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations

We're looking for someone who enjoys partnering with the business rather than sitting behind a spreadsheet.

You'll likely bring:

• CA/CPA qualification
• Experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering
• A background within manufacturing, industrial, FMCG or a product-based environment
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills
• A proactive mindset with a genuine curiosity to understand how the business operates
