- Partner with senior operational leaders to support commercial and strategic decision‑making.
- Lead business case development, investment analysis and commercial evaluations.
- Provide clear insight into profitability, pricing, customer and product performance.
- Oversee P&L and balance sheet performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Support working capital management and capital expenditure planning.
- Provide a strong commercial lens across planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Support major contracts, negotiations, strategic projects and business initiatives.
- Drive improvements in reporting, governance, tools and commercial processes.
- Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance standards.
- CA/CPA qualified.
- Strong background in commercial finance, business partnering or operational finance.
- Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
- High level of commercial acumen with strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Comfortable providing constructive challenge while maintaining trusted relationships.
- Confident working in fast‑paced, change‑oriented environments.
- Leadership experience with a focus on capability uplift and team development.
- There is a business requirement to be onsite full time during the initial months to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Monthly interstate travel will be required.
