An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Commercial Strategy Analyst to join a growing and innovative global business with an expanding presence across Australia and international markets. The organisation is focused on driving growth through smarter data, stronger sales performance, and strategic market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new databases, data sources, and market opportunities to generate qualified leads
- Partner with Sales teams to test new customer segments, markets, and lead strategies
- Work closely with IT to automate successful processes and improve scalability
- Use CRM data to track pipeline performance, activity, and growth opportunities
- Deliver commercial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Support international market expansion initiatives across multiple regions
- Continuously review processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Degree qualified in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a Commercial Analyst, Strategy Analyst, Growth Analyst, Sales Analyst, or similar role
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify revenue and growth opportunities
- Excellent analytical capability with confidence interpreting data and trends
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) highly regarded
