What You’ll Be Doing
- Investigating complaints and resolving compliance matters
- Managing case records and documentation
- Supporting audits and compliance reviews
- Liaising with stakeholders including consumers, businesses and regulators
- Assisting with reporting and compliance processes
- Experience in compliance, investigations, audit or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with good stakeholder management
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Interest in regulation, consumer protection or energy sector preferred
- Suit risk, compliance or Paralegal background
