This group specialise in complex new build and fit-out projects up to $15 mil and currently turnover $30 mil per year. The majority of their work is negotiated and they partner with clients at early stages of design/concept to ensure projects are set up correctly. Due to strong growth over the last three years they are looking for a Construction Manager to look after construction delivery at the company. 

Reporting to two Directors you will be responsible for the following

• Manage three project teams/project manager's and 6-8 projects at a time. 
• Ensure all programs are meeting schedules and attend all PCG meetings. 
• Review monthly project reports from Project Manager's to ensure all projects are financially in a strong position. 
• Management of OH&S and Quality Management at the company. 
• Regular contact with clients during the delivery phase to ensure they are satisfied.
