The role:

• Manage multiple builds from start to finish
• Oversee all sub-contractors
• Strong emphasis on quality
• Tight program, will need to ensure the deadlines are being met
• Manage multiple builds 

About you:

• 3 - 5 years experience in volume site management 
• Similar experience managing custom residential or volume residential projects 
• Strong time management skills & ability to work in fast paced environment 
• Keen eye for detail 
• Ability to manage multiple builds at one time
