This Builder is a new builder in the Inner CBD Suburbs, they specialise in High end residential homes, refurbishments, extensions and Basements and also do commercial projects up to $10 million. They have currently have 5 live projects on and a two year pipeline of work which will provide a lot of opportunity to grow within the business to develop your career. 

Current Project Required for: 
- 5 townhouses Fairfield
- 4 townhouses Thornbury (end of year)
- 5 townhouses Doncaster
- Commercial Office fitout
- Well Know Retailer Outlets

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractors
• Design Management & Coordination (structure and façade)
• Program Management
• Quality Management & Defects
• Evaluation of trade specific variations, RFI's
• Trade Letting Packages

To be considered for this role you will ideally have worked for a Residential or Commercial builders for 1-5 years. You must have excellent attention to detail, be able to work in a high pressured environment and support the site delivery and administration team on the project.
