This group are a leading commercial and apartment builder that deliver projects up to $20 mil and currently are managing eight projects. They have a diverse range of clients and are known for delivering challenging bespoke projects. This is a newly created role to oversee procurement and provide expert advice around commercial matters at the company. 

Reporting to the Director of the company you will be responsible for

• Oversee and manage all major sub-contractor packages. 
• Review monthly budgets and forecasts and assess risk on projects. 
• Review and assess all head contract agreements prior to signing contracts. 
• Analysis of supplier agreements at the company and look for efficiencies across multiple projects. 
• Provide expert advice around contractual matters at the company.
