The Role
This is a great opportunity for a Financial Accountant or Assistant Accountant ready to step up into a broad corporate accounting role. You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and ensuring compliance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end close, including journals and reconciliations
- Prepare P&L and balance sheet reporting
- Support BAS, GST and tax compliance requirements
- Contribute to statutory reporting and group submissions
- Assist with cash flow and treasury-related activities
- Ensure accuracy and integrity across financial data
- Support continuous improvement of processes and controls
- Around 3 years’ experience in a Financial Accountant or Assistant Accountant role
- CPA/CA qualified or working towards completion
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience of month-end and financial reporting processes
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
- Experience in a mid-large organisation i
