Corporate Receptionist | Adelaide CBD Permanent Full Time | Immediate Start Available | $75k + Super

The Opportunity
Ready to take the next step into a professional corporate environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation in the heart of the Adelaide CBD as a Corporate Receptionist.

This role is perfectly suited to someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys being the face of a business, and is looking to build a long-term career within a corporate setting. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a key role in creating a polished, welcoming and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors with a warm, polished and professional approach
Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently
Coordinating meeting rooms, including bookings, setup and presentation
Maintaining a high standard of presentation across reception and shared spaces
Handling mail, couriers and general office coordination
Providing administrative support to the wider team
Assisting with internal meetings and office events

About You
1–3 years’ experience in a customer-facing or administrative role preferred
A natural communicator with a confident, friendly and professional manner
Pride in personal presentation and creating a positive first impression
Strong work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Eager to learn, grow and develop within a corporate environment
Able to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting
Confident using Microsoft Office (or quick to pick up new systems)
