The organisation is looking for a motivated Collections Officer to join the team on a part-time basis though still 5 days per week. This will initially be a temporary role, though with the opportunity for extension. This is an exciting role for anyone looking for their next challenge.
Position Description:
Reporting to the CFO, your duties will include:
- Collection calls
- Managing complex hardship cases
- Resend invoices and follow up
- Clearing back logs and resolving issues that may arise around work flow
- Establishing payment plans and arrangements with customers
- Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant will have similar proven experience in a Collections role as well as having the following attributes:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle hardship cases
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to hit the ground running
