Our client is seeking a passionate and motivated Credit Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. Their office is based in Alexandria, though they offer very flexible working arrangements.
Reporting to the International Credit Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Being responsible for the control of NSW,QLD,VIC-TAS accounts
- Predict value of EOM collections
- Following up all overdue invoices
- Calling customers stores & Head Office for payment and rejection of claims
- follow up rebates and over pricing claims
- Proven experience as Credit Controller or Credit Officer
- Three plus years experience
- Experience working in FMCG/Retail industry is an advantage
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills - Vlook up/Pivot tables
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
