Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, you will help create and implement the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy for one of the largest Retail Apparel brands in the world. You will get ownership of optimising the entire CX journey and will use your creative flair to build compelling messages. Working Holiday Visa (WHV) holders welcome as well as Australian permanent residents.
Duties
- Assist in setting and implementing a high performance strategy
- Monitor and optimise CRM processes on a continuous basis
- Support the wider team with analytical advice and insights
- Create, analyse and present reports to senior management
- Identify and develop solutions both locally and nationally
- Strong background in Email Marketing and Copy Writing (Retail background preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms)
- Solid knowledge of sales and marketing functions
- Analytically strong and able to derive insights from data
- Eager, Hard Working and a Willingness to learn and improve are characteristics that will be highly regarded
