About the Role
Reporting to the Head of CRM and Loyalty who sits in the Digital and CRM team, you will be working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. As the CRM Manager, you will develop and execute the CRM strategy, implement new business initiatives and project manage the email and automation programs within the Salesforce CRM. You will work across end to end Customer Experience & Journeys, Social Strategies, CRM and Loyalty programs. Ultimately you will manage the entire CRM strategy with perfect execution. You will have 1 direct report of a CRM Coordinator who you will lead, mentor and motivate but ultimately be a positive role model for them.


  • Use Salesforce to build audiences and segments for campaigns - you will run end to end campaigns with a continuous improvement methodology, test and learn and tweak and optimise campaigns accordingly - Truly autonomous role
  • Liaise with internal teams across the business and key stakeholders such as creative and digital agency, global HQ, the internal brand and data team to name but a few
  • Analyse data and customer activity and make recommendations with actionable insights
  • Prepare regular reports in order to assess performance against business goals and KPIs

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in a similar commercially focused CRM role
  • Strong understanding of database marketing principles
  • Knowledge of CRM online/offline marketing concepts strategy and best practice
  • Ability to project manage and effectively execute plans in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills in order to build win/win relationships both internally and externally
  • A curious and analytical mindset - you are obsessed about improving the customer experience and hitting KPIs
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A positive, adaptable, professional and collaborative personality with a get things done attitude
