- Responsible for the end to end collation, review and market segment analysis for the lead lifecycles across the Group.
- Work with key stakeholders to provide a detailed project brief, scope and plan for the introduction of our customer loyalty program
- A/B Testing
- Facilitate and execute the end to end setup and management of our Customer Journey eDM Workflows
- Help with building and designing improved dashboard for reporting
- Help with the planning of CRO and SEO strategies
- Weekly and monthly Data Performance Reporting
- 3+ Years experience in CRM and Marketing Automation
- Proven experience executing campaigns and marketing automation experience (Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo or similar systems)
- Demonstrated experience in data driven marketing and utilising analytics to drive value
- Considerable experience in market segmentation and A/B testing to identify market segmentation, customer preferences and delivered positive outcomes
- Previous email marketing and end-to-end campaign management experience with experience driving highly personalised campaigns to achieve best practice results.
