About the Role This is a high-volume, customer contact role focused on delivering excellent service to existing clients, while supporting new business growth through quality referrals.
Your day will include:
- Making 100+ outbound calls daily via automated dialer systems.
- Following scripted word tracks and structured contact cycles.
- Assisting customers with admin support tasks on behalf of client Broker teams, such as:
- Requesting loan statements from lender partners.
- Updating personal details.
- Supplying payout letters and related documentation.
- Educating customers on the finance and insurance services offered by clients.
- Referring sales opportunities to the relevant client Broker team.
- Guiding customers through the online process for car insurance with clients’ preferred insurance partners.
- Experience in high-volume outbound calling environments.
- Confidence using structured scripts and automated dialer platforms.
- Strong multitasking skills: follow client processes, update CRM systems, and manage email traffic simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and escalate referral opportunities.
- Friendly and professional phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to work with AI tools and automation.
