We're working with a well-established FMCG business in Melbourne's eastern suburbs to find an experienced Customer Logistics Co-ordinator. This is a pivotal role sitting at the heart of the operation — the essential link between customers, logistics, and the internal team that keeps product moving.

About the role
Reporting to the Demand and Supply Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for customer orders and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from order placement through to delivery. You'll work across a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, a calm head, and strong communication are essential every single day.

What you'll be doing

• Managing inbound customer orders, inquiries, and complaints end-to-end
• Processing orders accurately and providing updates on availability, delivery schedules, and order status
• Coordinating third-party transport providers to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitoring and tracking inventory levels to support accurate order fulfilment
• Collaborating with operations and finance teams on packaging requirements and billing matters
• Maintaining accurate records and generating reports on order status, shipment performance, and customer satisfaction
• Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in customer service and logistics, ideally within food processing or a related FMCG environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills — you're confident, clear, and customer-focused
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently
• ERP experience desirable; Microsoft Dynamics an advantage
